I’m a Paris-born, bilingual executive who has spent 25+ years at the intersection of strategy and execution, building revenue engines, scaling teams, and expanding businesses across continents. A dual US and French citizen, I move between both worlds not just professionally but personally, which gives my transatlantic work a depth that goes well beyond market knowledge.
I’ve called Paris, London, Washington DC, Charlotte, and now Southern California home. That transatlantic background is not incidental, it’s core to how I work. The companies I serve are often navigating cross-border complexity: a US company expanding into Europe, or a European firm entering the American market. I’ve done both, multiple times, from the inside.
I hold a Master in Business, IT and Finance, and have spent the bulk of my career in the technology and software sector from early-stage startups to global enterprise. I founded IEC in 2010 to take that experience directly to growing companies that need embedded execution.
Today I operate across multiple fronts, each grounded in the same core belief: that strategy without execution is worthless.
I lead International Executive Consulting (IEC) as Founder & CEO, driving business development and strategy, and contributing directly to client project delivery. IEC is a full-service executive leadership and management consulting firm operating across the US and Europe, delivering hands-on strategy and execution across technology, IT services, SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services. Fractional/Interim CxO placements (CRO, CCO, COO, CEO) are an additional capability we offer to clients who need embedded senior leadership.
In parallel, I serve as Fractional CRO at Genesys Impact, an ISO 27001-certified managed IT, cybersecurity, and AV/data center solutions firm, where I lead commercial strategy and revenue growth. I also sit on the Board of Directors at Sustain-H, and advise a select group of AI startups at various stages of growth.
Across all these roles, what I bring is the same: operator-level accountability, transatlantic market experience, and the ability to move from strategic clarity to ground-level execution without losing either.
In addition to my operating roles, I am actively pursuing non-executive board director and advisory board positions with growth-stage and mid-market companies in technology, IT services, and professional services.
I bring to the boardroom what most directors cannot: the perspective of an operator who has held full P&L responsibility, built and rebuilt revenue engines from the inside, and navigated both high-growth and turnaround situations across the US and Europe. I understand how strategy looks from the C-suite and how it often breaks down in execution. That gap is where I add the most value as a director.
My transatlantic background with deep networks across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, bilingual capability in English and French, and direct experience scaling businesses across both markets makes me particularly well-suited to boards of companies with international operations or expansion ambitions.
I am currently working with Board Executive Search to identify the right board opportunities. If you are a nominating committee member or board chair interested in a conversation, I welcome the outreach.
IEC is not just me. My wife Sandrine Moreau, formerly VP Global Support & Success at The Trade Desk, where she drove consistently high NPS performance globally, leads our customer success and operations practice as Fractional Chief Customer Officer and COO. Beyond Sandrine, IEC operates with a team of senior principals, functional specialists, and a dedicated marketing team, giving us the depth to run complex, multi-workstreams engagements across geographies. We are a boutique firm by design which means every client works directly with senior people but we have the bench strength to deliver at scale.
Outside of work, I’m most likely to be found on a morning walk with our Golden Retriever, Casper, rain or shine, 365 days a year, somewhere in the hills of Rancho Santa Margarita. I remain a passionate soccer fan and occasional skier. I believe in competing hard and winning well.
Sandrine and I love to travel, both for work and for the pleasure of it. I have worked across London, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Madrid, Hong Kong, Sydney, Barcelona, Munich, Brussels, Milan, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Cape Town, Dubai, and most major US cities. We also make it a priority to visit our family in France, keeping our roots and our transatlantic connections very much alive.
